I went in this lunchtime with my 6 year old son - the plan being we'd both have a trim. After sitting there for 20 minutes as the one member of stuff finished the previous customers hair, he then just disappeared into the back room to make himself a cup of tea without even acknowledging us. He then came out and abruptly said "can we get moving please because I've not had my lunch yet". Obviously we'd just been waiting for him. I asked if he thought he'd been a little rude to which he just replied "whatever". We both left. The funny thing is I've been going here regularly since it opened, always tip, but this guy (who I think's ironically the manager) thinks he can speak to customers like that. Cut price shop with ignorant manager. Stay away.
