Member of staff was very rude. Demanded deposit because I cancelled twice due to my work in conveyancing which is extremely busy. Member of staff telephoned me after I cancelled and said money was required as a deposit due to cancelling which I fully understand but the way she spoke to me was in extremely rude best way I can explain was that she had an attitude, She could have been a bit more understanding as I am a paying customer or was. I did not have a problem with leaving a depots but after the way she spoke to me I had a rethink, I will not be going again.
