Without doubt the worst haircut ever. The foreign lady started cutting layers into my hair and told me she had to charge extra for this. She suddenly stopped not even half way through saying she couldn't do it. I do not think she ever studied hair dressing or even has qualifications. They are not hairdressers, they might be mens barbers but not ladies. They're conning the public.
