I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. No issues with Sales side as salesperson wasn't pushy, had good knowledge and did the job he was paid for. The issues all came after signing on the dotted line. Picked up car to find certain pre-collection issues hadn't been resolved, had to return car to be without for 4 weeks while parts were sourced and fitted. Communication was shocking throughout. After raising complaint via Sales manager about issues agreed on compensation of a free Service. Returned car to have first service and at same time dealer was supposed to sort outstanding issue from initial purchase of car. Turns out they bodged the fix and now the issue is worse than before, have had to take this up with Nissan directly to resolve as I would not trust this dealership to deal with it at all given all the issues we've had with them. I warn any one that purchases a car from this dealer, make sure everything is in writing and if issues do arise go via Pentagon Customer Care direct otherwise I'm sure they'll just try to palm you off and wash their hands of you. Never have I had such a bad experience when purchasing a car!
