I would like to thank the team at The fashion factory,for the bridal alterations they did for me,ready for the wedding which was in august.I had bought the dress online so it needed some work ,in the end you showed me how the dress should look and gave me relevant support thanks.

Was very disappointed with the alterations I had made on a dress the seams were uneven and the back seam was cut wonky and sewn off side. When I went back in to discuss the problem and try have it fixed to be told that it was my fault the dress was like this, bizarre I know, unfortunately the owner of the shop was very rude and offered no apology or took any responsibility for her poor workmanship, I have taken the dress to two other tailors who have both confirmed the dress is beyond repair without anymore material been resourced. Save your self the hassle and upset of using this awful place.
